As a Certified Financial Planner ™ Practitioner I adhere to a strict code of conduct. Also, as a CFP®, my role is well defined by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. As a full service financial planner I work in the following manner:
- First appointment, we establish and define the client-planner relationship:
- Are you in need of full service financial planning?
- Or do you want just one or two of the services I provide?
- Second appointment, the client brings me information on themselves and their goals.
- Third appointment, I present the financial planning recommendations.
- Over the course of our relationship we will speak at minimum quarterly and sit down for a face to face meeting annually.
- I work in many different areas of finance. The following is a list of areas in which I can help:
- Retirement planning
- Retirement living
- Investments
- Insurance
- Life, Health, Auto, Home, Liability, Business, etc.
- Educational Funding

I am compensated for my services as a fee based financial planner. My normal fee structure is a percentage of assets managed. You can view my fee structure on the Fees page. I sometimes make commissions on products such as insurance and annuities. At times I am also compensated hourly for financial planning work done. I do not charge commissions by selling investments.
